Throttle failed within 4 weeks and hazardous pedal assist

I do like the bike very much, but after only 4 weeks the throttle failed and pedal assist became unstable. At one point the motor would not stop and control panel would not shut off and almost had an accident. Even in manual mode the motor kicks in randomly. Following up with the company for support.

Happy At Last

I purchased my Stellar Falcon directly from Euphree and it arrived within 3 days. Out of the box the bike was beautiful with a remarkable paint job on top of solid construction. The bike is loaded with quality components and features and initially lived up to the hype of its recent unveiling. The independent reviewers got it right, and the bike is a standout in an increasingly crowded field. Most importantly, Euphree stands behind its product. I found that the controller was defective and after a few phones, the company quickly arranged for a replacement to be fully assembled and ready for me at an authorized dealer. This development was great since it saved me from the substantial task of repacking the bike and arranging for pickup. Instead, I spent yesterday on the bike enjoying an incredible machine.

Awesome bike - love the name

I've only ridden 30 miles or so - overall very impressed with the bike and very pleased with my purchase. The bike is beautiful and features a high-quality appearance - I love my red. All the options to dial-in rider preferences are great. It handles and rides well. The bike seems bigger than I anticipated - but I'm used to my Evelo 20"-fold-up and my wife's Evelo Galaxie. I have over 11k between these 2 older bikes. I do admit I miss the belt drive - so I need to get used to a derailer - and the Falcon unit works very well. I like the Hybrid concept. I experienced many flats with the older bikes - anytime I got into some gravel - and the tires spec'd in on the Falcon are a great way to go. Minor features like the bell, beefy kickstand, palm rests, beefy fenders, adjustable stem and the overall suspension are awesome. Now for the areas to perhaps improve. The motor is noisy, especially under load - but after 35 miles it seems to be quieter. I wish it had fold-up pedals as I need them when transporting on Thule bike rack. I wish the display did not dim in daylight if I want to turn the lights in the daylight. I wish the odometer information is larger. There is a lot of room on the display above the speedometer to move things around. Also - it's not clear how to reset trip only vs the odometer. This bike is awesome - I'm pleased I purchased the Falcon! :)
