Questions Riders Often Ask
Is certification required by law?
Not yet. But we don’t wait for mandates when it comes to safety. We certify every model because it’s the right thing to do for our riders.
What if a bike isn’t certified?
Without certification, the risk of battery fires, shorts, and system failures is much higher. We refuse to take that risk with your safety.
What does UL certification mean?
UL (Underwriters Laboratories) sets global safety standards. Through SGS, our bikes are tested to those standards to ensure batteries, wiring, and systems are all protected.
