Euphree Electric Bike Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. Every Euphree ebike is SGS certified for safety and built to last. If your purchase is not the right fit, we offer a clear return and refund process supported by our Houston based team.


Ebike returns within 14 days

  • Notify Euphree Support within 14 days of delivery.
  • The bike must have fewer than 10 miles and be in like new condition.
  • Return in the original packaging with charger, keys, and accessories.
  • Written authorization and a prepaid Euphree label are required before shipping.
  • A 200 dollar restocking fee applies to unopened returns. Orders canceled before shipping are not charged this fee.

Accessory and part returns within 30 days

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • A 25 percent restocking fee applies.
  • The customer covers shipping both ways.
  • Written approval is required before sending items back.

Refund process

Refunds are issued after the return is received, inspected, and approved. If a return does not pass inspection, you must provide a return label to receive the item back. Items not retrieved within 60 days of notification are considered abandoned.


Items not returnable

  • Used bikes or accessories
  • Batteries and touch up paint
  • Sale items and special orders
  • Gift cards and purchases made through third parties

Defective items may qualify for warranty service upon approval.

Prepare Your Bike

Repack the bike in its original box with everything it came with — charger, keys, tools, and manuals. To protect the bike in shipping, the front wheel must be boxed separately from the frame.

Confirm with Euphree

Snap a few photos of your packed box and send them to us. This quick step ensures your bike is fully protected and avoids any shipping surprises.

Ship it Back

For bikes, we’ll provide a prepaid return label so shipping is easy. For accessories, customers arrange their own shipping, just make sure it’s tracked so both of us can follow it.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your item doesn’t meet return criteria, we’ll notify you right away and give you options for next steps.
