Is a Euphree ebike easy to assemble?
Yes. Bikes arrive 95% assembled with the tools in the box. Pick your model on the Owner's Manuals page to watch its assembly video and download the manual. If you would rather not do it yourself, any Euphree dealer can build it for you.
How long is the Euphree warranty?
Five years against manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, controller, display, brakes, wheels and more, and two years on the battery. Register your bike within 90 days of purchase to keep it valid. Claims are handled by Euphree directly. See full warranty details.
Can I get my bike serviced locally?
Yes. Euphree partners with more than 170 bike shops across the USA for test rides, professional assembly and service. Find your nearest shop on the Dealer Locator.
Is my data safe?
Yes. There is no app, no account and no location tracking. Everything runs off the handlebar display, and Euphree collects nothing from the bike.
