🔧 What’s in the Box
- Stellar Falcon ebike (frame with rear wheel attached)
- Front wheel, pedals, headlight, charger
- Stem cap, reflectors, stickers, user manual
- Quick start guide and essential tools
Optional: snips or clippers for packaging ties, and a 15mm wrench for pedals. Assembly is easiest with two people but can be done solo.
Step-by-Step Assembly
-
Unbox Your Bike
Open the box by pinching and removing clips. Carefully lift the bike out (two people recommended). Lay out all parts and confirm everything is included.
-
Install Handlebars & Headlight
Remove the stem plate with a 4mm Allen key. Position the handlebars and lightly tighten. Attach the headlight with a 3mm Allen key, then connect it to the wiring harness (match pins).
-
Attach the Front Wheel & Fender
Remove the caliper spacer and axle support. Insert the front wheel, ensuring the rotor slides into the caliper. Secure with a 6mm Allen key. Mount the front fender using the fork bolts.
-
Add Pedals & Adjust the Stem
Thread the pedals by hand (remember: left pedal is reverse-threaded). Tighten with a 15mm wrench. Adjust stem angle for comfort, align the handlebars with the front wheel, and tighten bolts evenly.
-
Dial in Your Fit & Power On
Adjust seat height so your leg has a slight bend at full extension. Power on by pressing and holding the display button. Set assist level, throttle, and lighting to your preference.
🎉 Final Checks Before You Ride
- Check brake responsiveness
- Confirm tire pressure (45–65 PSI)
- Test lights and display
