Just got my ride and put 28 miles on it over a couple days. Been riding in eco and battery is still fully charged. Very pleased with purchase and would suggest you really take a look at there rides. Like other poster said only drawback is the key for internal lock. But you have a built in lock which is nice.

Have really been enjoying my new City Robin X+ in black for the past couple of months. Other than a few things that I was able to resolve with Euphree support the bike has been great. Just bought my wife one as well in Green. It is on the way!! Even with small issues I give it a 5 star rating.

1.the lock on the bike the only way to remove key is to lock bike so the key is always there sticking out MINOR ISSUE
2. battery takes long time to charge
3. assembly video is not correct on the installation of front wheel .
